Review - L'OREAL True Match Foundation: A True ♥Love♥

As you may have read in my previous post about Revlon PhotoReady Foundation, I hated it as it broke me out, looked bad in photos and so on and so on. So, I was out looking for a new one and decided to give L'OREAL True Match Foundation. It has been around for a long time but I haven't had the chance to try it. So I just took a chance and grabbed one.

Here is the product up close:

The 30ml miracle

It says : Super Blendable Foundation, SPF 17, matches perfectly the skin texture & tone with
Hyaluronic acid
My tone : N7 Nude Amber

The description at the back

After using this for a month, here's as usual the PRO's and CON's of this product:

Pro's:

1. The texture is light, thanks to the powdery finish. It makes blending easy with brush, sponge or even (clean) fingers!

2. Since it's powdery, you can easily double it up as concealer. Dab it on the spots you need to conceal after you have applied the first layer of foundation. The powdery texture makes the 1st layer dry quickly and doubling he layer up to conceal makes it easy; as it doesn't mess up the first layer which because the first layer is already dried.

3. Also because of its powdery finish, you can easy build up your application from light to medium to heavy coverage, because of the same reason as above-the layers dry up quickly.

4. It does not break me up.

5. It has a pump nozzle that makes dispensing the product very easy and keeps the product hygenic.

6. The range has colours that suit all types of skin tone from cool to medium to warm, although not all colours are available in Malaysia, it gives you a wide range nevertheless. You can identify your skin tone before purchasing this product. Just click HERE.

Con's:

1. Maybe it's a bit pricey to be categorized as 'affordable'. It retails at RM52.90 in Watson's Malaysia :(

To sum it up, the verdict is 'MUST HAVE IT'! Check out the video below to see how it works on me:

See ya in the next post!
